1950

First steps

It was back in 1950 when our grandfather Antioco, Gianfranco’s father, created the farm together with Margherita. Over the years, filled with smiles, hard work and imagination, Gianfranco and Anna also made this their home, accompanied by plenty of dreams. The family has now grown, enriched by projects and experiences that have made us what we are today: the “Sa Perda Marcada” farm.

1977

Our real journey begins

In 1981, the first revolution occurred: Maria Elena was born. A flurry of imagination and sweetness stirred up Anna’s desire to bring a feminine touch to the family farm – an organisational and dynamic touch. The holiday farm project was born.

1986

The second revolution

New life, new dreams. Our second daughter, Enrica, was born at the same time as the first law governing holiday farms was introduced in Sardinia, allowing the dreams of Gianfranco and Anna to become a reality. Our holiday farm was born.

1990

Transhumance

During the summer, Elena and Enrica would leave their bedroom to make room for the children of French, German and Dutch couples. The language of “play” worked wonders and great food was able to overcome any language barrier.

1994

Our project began to take shape

The rooms, lounge, verandas and terraces give the sense of great family hospitality that’s discreet yet friendly at the same time. Our key word is undoubtedly “sharing”: human relationships, exchange. The secret? Sharing a single table and good wine.

2002

Gianfranco’s dream

We made Gianfranco’s dream come true and opened “Su Pinnetu”. A traditional Sardinian agricultural-sheep rearing structure that went on to become enriched with further embellishments and new rooms.

Our future

Our family continues to grow, enriched with new dreams with Matilde and Inerio.
